The American actor recently surprised a diligent Burger King employee who used to work at the Los Angeles Airport with a gift bag at the conclusion of his 27-year career.
Kevin Ford went famous on social media when his video went viral on Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
He exhibited a bag of goodies he received from the business HMS Host, through which the fast-food restaurant employs its employees, in the video.
He took out the goodie bag, which included a Reese’s cup, two pencils, and a movie ticket.
Kevin said, “Wow, that’s a load of stuff,” and showed his gifts.
The 54-year-old was still grateful and thanked the chain for at least sending him ‘something.’
“I’m happy about anything; I’m thankful for anything I get. I’m not that type of person, believe me. I’ve been through a lot. He said.
“It’s a great company, you know, I’ve been there 27 years.
Kevin’s daughter set up a GoFundMe in his name after his video went viral to gather money for him to celebrate his retirement.
“He started working at this position as a single father 27 years ago, when he gained custody of me and my elder sister.” “Then, when our family grew and he remarried, he continued [sic] to work here because of the incredible health insurance that was offered by this workplace because it was unionized,” People said.
“Which put all four of his children through high school and college with complete healthcare coverage,” Seryna Ford said on the fundraiser’s page.
“My father continues to work here since, while he appears youthful, he is approaching retirement age and will be departing and “It would cost him his retirement,” she went on. “We are not asking for money, nor is he expecting money, but if someone feels inclined to bless him, he would love to visit his grandkids.”
According to TMZ, veteran SNL comic David Spade was among those who generously gave money, donating $5,000.
Spade also congratulated Kevin on finishing his duty in an Instagram message.
“Congratulations for your excellent job. He wrote, “27 years.”
“HOLY S— Dude!!!” Ford said when he received his message. I can’t believe it!!! ”
